Because our store features a mix of unique, hand-selected curated thrift finds and premium partner products via Shopify Collective, items from a single order may ship in separate packages and feature different processing windows.

  • Curated Thrift & Vintage Finds: Because these items are already hand-selected and in stock at our Charlotte, NC hub, they are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your purchase.

  • Shopify Collective Partner Items: Items ordered from our partner brands are fulfilled directly by the vendor. Processing times vary by brand but generally range from 2–4 business days before shipment.

  • Mixed Carts: If your order contains both a thrift item and a Collective partner item, your items will arrive in separate packages at no additional tracking cost to you. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment as they leave their respective fulfillment centers.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. Shipping speeds and live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery once processed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with live tracking links the moment your package is scanned by the carrier.

3. International & Canadian Shipping

Style Gather is pleased to ship to our community worldwide, including Canada. Please note the following international-specific terms:

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Style Gather has no control over customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by international border agencies. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all duties due at the time of delivery.

  • Refused Shipments: Any personalized or custom order refused by a customer attempting to avoid customs duty charges cannot be refunded.

  • International Returns: For eligible, non-thrifted items returned from international locations, a refund will be issued minus the cost of original shipping, return shipping, duties, and a 20% re-stocking fee.

4. Shipping & Return Fees (For Approved Returns)

Should you need to return an eligible, non-thrifted item from our Shopify Collective partners, please note our return shipping structure:

  • Return Responsibility: For all eligible, approved returns, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

  • Return Labels: When we request a vendor return label on your behalf, the cost of that return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

  • High-Value Shipments: If you are shipping an eligible return item valued over $75, we highly recommend ensuring a trackable shipping service is used or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that independent vendors will receive your returned item without verifiable carrier tracking.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), ownership transfers to the buyer. Style Gather is not responsible for transit delays, weather disruptions, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing.

If your package arrives physically damaged, please contact us immediately at stylegather@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or vendor.

To support sustainable fashion and the unique, one-of-one nature of our hand-selected apparel, accessories, and vintage items, all thrifted items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any pre-loved, thrifted, or vintage pieces. Detailed item descriptions and condition notes are provided for every item to help you shop with confidence.

2. Shopify Collective Partner Items

Items purchased from our partner brands via Shopify Collective are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to vendor approval.

  • The Process: Do not mail Collective items back to Style Gather. Please email us at stylegather@gmail.com to initiate your return. We will submit a return request and secure a return shipping label from the specific vendor on your behalf.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In addition to our thrift collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Once your eligible Collective return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your banking institution).
