Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Style Gather. Because our store features a mix of unique, hand-selected curated thrift items and partner brand products via Shopify Collective, our return eligibility varies by item type. Please review our policy guidelines below before initiating a return.
1. Curated Thrift & Vintage Finds (Final Sale)
To support sustainable fashion and the unique, one-of-one nature of our hand-selected apparel, accessories, and vintage items, all thrifted items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any pre-loved, thrifted, or vintage pieces. Detailed item descriptions and condition notes are provided for every item to help you shop with confidence.
2. Shopify Collective Partner Items
Items purchased from our partner brands via Shopify Collective are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to vendor approval.

The Process: Do not mail Collective items back to Style Gather. Please email us at stylegather@gmail.com to initiate your return. We will submit a return request and secure a return shipping label from the specific vendor on your behalf.

Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to our thrift collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your eligible Collective return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your banking institution).
Late or Missing Refunds: If you havenโt received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at stylegather@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Because our curated inventory consists of unique, one-of-one pieces, we cannot offer standard exchanges for different sizes or styles. Exchanges are only applicable to eligible Collective items if a vendor has replacement inventory available.
Shipping & Return Fees
For all eligible, approved returns, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping label issued on your behalf will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that vendors will receive your returned item.
International & Canadian Shipping
Style Gather has no control over customs duties or import fees charged by international border agencies. The customer is entirely responsible for any duties due at the time of delivery.

Personalized Orders: Any personalized order refused by a customer attempting to avoid customs duties cannot be refunded.

Eligible Returns: Non-thrifted, eligible returns from international locations can be refunded minus the cost of original shipping, return shipping, duties, and a 20% re-stocking fee.
